RECIPE VANILLA CAKE


Vanilla Cake

The ingredients needed to make this cake are
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pound flour with leavened
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 of Butter
  • 1/4 of raisins
  • 1/2 of cream of milk
  • 1 pound of sugar
  • 1 glass of wine
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence











 While we are making the dough of the cake we leave by soaking the grapes with the wine.
In a large bowl and using an electric mixer or your own hands, beat the sugar, the cream and the butter, until the mixture thickens slightly.


We take the eggs and divide 
the whites and yolks, when the mixture is smooth we add the whites and mix again until the dough is smooth again.



 When it is ready we add the 
flour and the egg yolks and beat 
again.












After it is whipped, add the grapes with the wine, the baking powder, the vanilla essence and beat.






When this list is ready, heat the oven by 180 ° and spread it on the mold where we are going to put the butter, so that when this list is ready, the cake will not stick.



When it is hot, we put the mixture in the mold and then put it in the oven, and wait 40 until it is ready.
To be sure that this we introduce a knife and if it comes out with a mixture we leave it a while longer, but if it comes out clean it is ready.
